Our FREE Valentine’s Day Holiday Sound Mapping mats are perfect for incorporating phoneme-grapheme mapping practice into your literacy block. These sound mapping mats will fit perfectly into your Orton-Gillingham scope and sequence. Students will move from sound to symbol, pushing objects into each box as they say the sounds in the target word and then write the corresponding letter(s) used to spell each sound. These maps are perfect for science of reading literacy centers and science of reading word work and they add a bit of seasonal fun!
